Open the app and the timer begins automatically.

Put your phone down and do something else.

When you return to the app, the timer stops and saves your session locally on your device.

Can I reset my scores?
Yes. On the Stop Screen, tap Reset all scores below the High Scores list.

Why does the timer stop when I return to the app?
That is the core idea of Free Your Mind. The app measures how long you stayed away from your phone after opening it.

No. Free Your Mind is designed to work without an internet connection.
